Beachcomber

Le Canonnier offers a choice of dining opportunities, cuisine and locations. Breakfast and dinner are included daily at the resort. Buffet and set menu dinners are included within your halfboard meal plan. A generous credit is given for a la carte dining and anything in excess of this credit will be charged to your account. Some special set menus may require a supplement if selected. Smart casual clothing is required for dining in the evening and gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers.

Restaurants:

Le Frangipanier` Set amidst the coconut palms in a delightful open setting, this main restaurant offers breakfast and dinner. A full hot and cold buffet breakfast is provided while evenings feature theme buffets and the occasional set menu. It is located near the main entertainment area where cabaret shows and the resident band perform nightly. New live cooking stations have been integrated at Le Frangipanier, including a traditional bread oven, rotissoire and a tandour.
Le Navigator This gorgeous restaurant, a former colonial mansion, is set on a small hill overlooking the lagoon. Made entirely of wood, thatch and stone, the restaurant opens out to two paved open-air terraces decorated with historic canons. This romantic restaurant features appetising lunches and superb a la carte dinners. After dinner is finished, it transforms into a late nite disco with music and dancing until the early hours.
Le Kiosque Open for light lunches, Le Kiosque is a small informal restaurant made of two thatched-roof kiosks set on the edge of the swimming pool. A wooden terrace has been added to allow open-air dining among the coconut trees.

Bars:

Le Planteur Bar The main bar is centred in the gardens overlooking the pool and is a great place to relax and enjoy the Mauritian resort lifestyle. A thatched roof design is complemented by a wooden deck amidst a luxuriant garden and water pond.
Le Navigator Bar Located within the Navigator restaurant, this bar offers spectacular views of the horizon and northern islands. It stays open late while the Navigator disco operates.

Room Service

Room service is available at the resort. For the ultimate private dining experience, a waiter can set up and serve your dinner on your terrace or balcony. This is an additional charge to your meal plan.
