Serenity PLUS Shandrani Resort & Spa, in our opinion, is the best fully all inclusive hotel in Mauritius. You can take advantage of a la carte dining, choose from a huge selection of wines and drinks - including champagne by the glass - enjoy one free massage (for stays 5 nigths or longer) and scuba diving (for qualified divers) and take advantage of numerous free land and watersports.

Unlike other hotels the all inclusive benefits commence from the time guests arrive at the hotel and finish when guests depart the hotel and include the following:

Dining, Meals and Snacks

  • Breakfast at Le Grand Port or Le Sirius Restaurants
  • Lunch at Le Grand Port, Le Sirius or Porto Vecchio Restaurants
  • A La Carte dining in a choice of three restaurants - Porto Vecchio, Le Sirius or Le Boucanier. Le Boucanier is an adults only restaurant. International buffet dining at Le Grand Port.
  • Snacks from all bars between noon and 1700
  • Pastries and pancakes between 1500 and 1700
  • Unlimited selected premium branded drinks from Blue Bay, Sirius Bar and at the restaurants - including a selection of imported brands (inclusive of 12-year old spirits).
    French Champagne by the glass.
  • Selected bottled wine from the wine list which includes over 40 different wines during lunch and dinner.
  • Beach trolley and poolside service
  • Drinks from the mini bar in your room which includes beers, red & white wines, soft drinks, juices and water.
  • Room service - a tray charge does apply.

Sports, Relaxation and Children's Clubs

  • One complimentary 45 minute massage per adult (for stays of 5 nigths or longer).
  • Free scuba diving (for certified divers) at the PADI National Geographic Diving Centre.
  • Numerous free land sports including 6 floodlit tennis courts (equipment free, balls need to be purchased), a 9 hole pitch and putt golf course (equipment free, balls need to be purchased), volleyball court and bocci ball, mountain bikes, group golf and tennis lessons as per hotel schedule.
  • Numerous free water sports including unlimited waterskiing, glass bottomed boats, pedalloes, kayaks, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing.
  • Gym, including group aerobics classes and sauna
  • Bob Marlin Mini Club for children aged 3 to 12 years

At an additional charge

  • Scuba diving for non-qualified divers, deep sea fishing, catamaran cruises , Shandrani Sailing School, Shandrani Kite Surfing School and the Beachcomber Sports and Nature programmes (hiking, biking, kayaking and abseiling). Golf and tennis balls.
  • Spa treatments at La Source Decléor Spa, hairdresser and beautician costs.
