Leave the hustle and bustle of the busy city life behind as you are transferred to Mangwanani African Spa just outside Cape Town to begin your experience of decadent revitalisation of mind, body and soul. Change into gowns and slippers that are provided, and start the day with a light breakfast (included). Your pampering then begins in earnest with 7 different treatments awaiting you. All treatments are done by highly trained and experienced women from the local community, who have an absolute passion for what they are doing. Enjoy lunch (included) whilst looking over the wine estate and savouring the moment, before you are taken to your next experience of sheer enjoyment. End the day with your trip back to Cape Town with a restored body and soul.
